Your PC Backup password will be sent to you in the "Get started with PC Backup" email, which is generated when your account administrator enables the service for you.
If the email with the password is lost, please contact your account administrator. Your account administrator will also get a copy of "Get Started..." email when the service is enabled. If your account administrator does not have a copy, your account administrator should contact our support team and request that your password be reset.
