How Do I Delete The File From PC Backup Server?

After the initial PC Backup is run, all the files that are selected for backup will stay on the server for as long as your PC Backup account is active. Even if you deselect the file from the list of files to backup, or delete the file from your machine, it still will stay of the PC Backup servers for 30 days more.

In case you want to delete the file from PC Backup servers immediately, you can use the following workaround:

1. Log in to HostPilot® Control Panel > Users & Services > Manage Users > PC Backup tab, click on the name of the user you want to delete data for.
2. Add new machine for this user.
3. Remove the old machine. After you do this all the data will be deleted from PC Backup servers.
4. Uninstall PC Backup client and install it again using the new License key and original password that was received when the service was originally enabled.
5. Select the data that you want to back up.
