Please make sure you are not logged in to HostPilot® Control Panel or My Services when you log in to OWA, as this may cause problems. Some versions of Internet Explorer 5.5 are unable to use the unified interface. If you have this problem, you can either upgrade IE or use the OWA login specifically for your server.
